I like to start my mondays with legs and i feel i can hit them the hardest and get a great workout. A day of rest before legs works really well ….lets do this!!!!

inI tell you if a person did not prep some of there food for the week eating good on a busy schedule is very dificult challenge, so just throwing this out there make some time on sundays to get your shopping done and make some meals for the week…..be well and live
